All International orders will be shipped via DHL, EMS or ePacket 

The above shipping methods are not an option. The shipping method will be chosen and shipped according to the ordered item. 

If a different carrier is preferred additional fees may apply to your order. 

 

After confirming payment, your order will be shipping out within 3 days. You will receive a mail with the details including the shipment tracking number after your order has been shipped out.

 

RETURN POLICY:

・We ask that our customers be aware of the above when continuing with a transaction. 

・As each item we handle at our store vary in condition and nature we cannot accept returns, exchanges, reimbursements or refunds concerning cases when the size or color was different than our customer imagined it to be or because it turned out not to be to the customer's liking, etc.

・We welcome any mails or calls, questions concerning the products condition or other worries you may have before completing an order.

・After receiving your order we will contact you regarding the estimate shipping day of the order after confirmation of availability and inspection of the item's condition. 

・On the day the order has been shipped out we will have the tracking number posted in the order and will also have it sent to you via mail or sms.

・Please contact us within 3 days of acceptance of a parcel regarding damage/defects to the item. We will correspond and handle the situation after confirming the delivery date with the courier and the item's listing information.
We ask for your understanding that we will not able to hold responsibility after 3 days of parcel acceptance.

・All return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

・Returns of items are not accepted with the exception of the item being damaged or the wrong item was shipped to you.
